City of Montebello Water System Customer Information
Effective October 1, 2013, San Gabriel Valley Water Company took over the operation and maintenance of the City of Montebello Water System from California Water Service Company. While the City of Montebello reviews and approves the water rates and charges for its customers, San Gabriel Valley Water Company is pleased to provide the City’s customers with excellent customer service.

The City of Montebello’s 2021 Consumer Confidence Report is now available for viewing or download. The purpose of this report is to raise customer awareness of the quality of their drinking water and where it comes from. Our drinking water met all state and federal safe drinking water standards and regulations through 2021 and continues to meet these standards and regulations today.
