Beginning January 1, 2022, past-due accounts will be subject to shut-off pursuant to the standard shut-off procedures set forth in Health & Safety Code § 116908(a)(1)(A) (Water Shutoff Protection Act) and San Gabriel’s Tariff Rule 11 and its Disconnection Policy, which can be found on our website at www.sgvwater.com
