Customer Assistance Program (CAP)

The Customer Assistance Program (CAP) provides a discount on water bills for qualifying low-income households. If you already qualify for a discount under the CARE program for your electric or gas bills, you may also qualify for CAP.

How to Apply:
-
Complete the CAP application form.
-
Submit the form by hand-delivering, mailing, or emailing a scanned copy to the water company.
-
The company will review and verify your application.
Once approved, your discount will apply to your next bill. If your application is denied, you will receive a letter explaining the reason. For assistance with the application or more information, visit or call your Customer Service Office.
