Third-Party Notification for Elderly or Disabled Customers
San Gabriel Valley Water Company offers a third-party notification service for elderly (62 or older) or disabled customers. We can send a notification to a designated third party, such as a family member, caregiver, clergyman, or guardian.

How to Request This Service:

Provide your name, address, and documentation of age or disability:

Proof of Age: Birth certificate, driver’s license, passport, or other reliable document.

Proof of Disability: Certification from a licensed physician, public health nurse, or social worker.

Include the third party’s name, address, and phone number, along with a letter from them accepting this responsibility.
This service ensures that someone you trust will be informed about important account notices on your behalf.
